2025-2026 Registration Information
PLEASE NOTE:
STUDENTS CURRENTLY ATTENDING A WOLF CREEK PUBLIC SCHOOL NEED TO MEET WITH THEIR ADMINISTRATION TEAM AT THEIR CURRENT SCHOOL PRIOR TO REACHING OUT TO US.
New to LOS Students ONLY: Click the Registration button and then click create account. Once account is created, check your email you used to create the account. You can verify the account and then login. You can add your child on the left hand side and then a form should populate for the 2025-2026 school year. This is for students who did not attend LOS last year.
Please Note: A copy of original birth certificate and other legal documentation (custody orders, etc.) needs to accompany registration.
NOTE: Submitting this form DOES NOT complete your child’s registration. You will need to contact the school and set up an appointment to register your child and select classes.
Returning LOS Students: A demographic update form will be sent home via email the last week of August. Once you have that complete, Mrs. Woodworth will call and book an appointment with you to come in and pick your classes.

School Fees
School Fees will be coming out shortly after you get your child registered with LOS. You will be able to pay online through parent portal or in person in the office. All fees must be paid in full or a payment plan in place before we release materials.
Fees for 2025-2026 are as follows:
Senior High Consumables: $30.00
Technology Fee: $40.00
Student Activity Fee: $20.00
Grad Fee: $100.00
Online Learning Fee: $40.00
Academic Upgrading / Adult Learning
IMPORTANT: LAST DAY FOR ADULT/UPGRADING STUDENTS TO REGISTER for 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR IS MARCH 19TH.
Lacombe Outreach School provides a wide selection of courses that offer students the flexibility to complete their high school diploma, upgrade their courses, or fulfill post-secondary requirements. All academic courses taken with LOS will be recognized on a student’s myPass account and Alberta transcript.
All courses are asynchronous which means that students do not attend a class at a specific time, rather they complete their assignments according to the schedule outlined by their course teachers. Upgraders/ Adult learners can attend in the afternoons and Tuesday evening. This allows students to work at their own pace and around other commitments, while also having an outline to help them stay organized and motivated.
How to distinguish between academic upgrading and adult learning.
~Alberta students 20 years of age, or older, as of September 1 of the current school year, are considered Adult learners.
~ Alberta students 19 years of age, or younger, as of September 1 of the current school year but have graduated are considered Academic Upgrading.
HOW TO CORRECTLY REGISTER:
PLEASE NOTE: Regardless if you have attended a Wolf Creek Public School in the past please follow the instructions below. You will be registering yourself as a mature/independent student.
Step 1: Click the Registration button and then click create account.
Step 2: Once account is created, check your email you used to create the account. You can verify the account and then login.
Step 3: You will add yourself as a student on the left hand side and then a form should populate for the 2025-2026 school year.
Step 4: Fill out the entire form. You will be signing as the student and as the parent. You will put yourself as contact 1.

Upgrading Prior to Sept 30: $150.00
Upgrading After Sept 30: $250.00
Adult (20 years of age as of Sept 1) : $750.00 per course.
