GRADUATION 2019 INFORMATION
June 6, 2019
The Track on 2 Banquet 6:30 p.m.
Dear Student, Parents and/or Guardians;
The staff at the Lacombe Outreach School are so excited that you are eligible to participate in the Lacombe Outreach Graduation 2019. You have worked hard to achieve this goal and we hope that we can share in your celebration through Graduation 2019.
The following lists the important dates, times, and things that you have to do to prepare for Graduation 2019:
May 3 Graduation Portraits- $10.00 Sitting Fee
Please call the school and speak with Mrs. Woodworth to book a time to have your Grad picture/portrait taken. Life Touch will be the photographers for the Grad Portraits. Sitting fee must be paid prior to Thursday, April 25th.
May 14 Deadline for Baby and Childhood Pictures
Deadline for bringing in YOUR baby and childhood pictures. These are used in our slide show of graduating students. Students will receive these back the same week they bring them in, We simply scan them into a folder for the slide show. Your pictures can also be emailed to deanna.woodworth@wolfcreek.ab.ca.
May 14 Deadline for Purchase of Banquet Tickets ($40.00/ticket/person)
Every Graduate receives a free banquet ticket from the school. Additional tickets are $40.00/person and are available from Mrs. Woodworth. Tickets will be on sale April 8th. Tickets will NOT be available after May 14, 2019.
June 6 Graduation 2019 at The Track on 2
Graduates are asked to be at the Track on 2 for their group Grad picture at 5:30 p.m. Grad gowns will be available at the Track to have your picture taken in a Grad gown if you wish. Family pictures will also be taken at this time for anyone who would like to have one. Thank you to Mr. Prokopowich who is taking pictures at grad for students and families. All photos taken at graduation will be available to you a week after the event. Bring in a USB to put them on.
